Big size and warm rooms, everything was very good.
Loved the way accommodating and excellent staff received us. Rooms here were equipped with the sofa bed, bedroom, a very good heating system. Location was marvellous, and we had a great stay on a business trip.

Well-equipped room, perfect experience!
Particularly good and fantastic location at a moderate distance from the centre of Liverpool. Room with all facilities. Very amiable and amicable staff.

The location of the apartment is great, right in the centre of the city, close to the Cavern Quarter and shops. It's also conveniently close to the bars on Victoria street.

Pleasant and welcoming people are working here. Has comfy beds. The venue has incredible setting in the heart of the city.
The bathroom here is cold.

Well-equipped rooms, very good place overall!
From start to finish - a JUST PERFECT experience for our business trip. Excellent and perfect setting, really close to the mall and liverpool city centre as well as the centre of town. Btw, located in a nightclub area.

We had nice stay for our business trip!!
We really enjoyed location; it was very central. The staff was helpful and very attentive. Bed of our apartment was comfy. The bathroom was huge and nice.

our stay at cumberland was amazing! the central location made it a breeze to explore liverpool, and the apartment had all the facilities we needed. the staff were friendly and even stored our luggage for us. highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Base Serviced Apartments - Cumberland for a few days and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, being close to everything and within a short walking distance from Lime St. Station. The apartment itself was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar provided. The staff were extremely helpful and made themselves available whenever needed. a great stay with no complaints.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
